John Keagy is Founder, Chairman, and CEO of GoGrid, a global leader in cloud and hybrid infrastructure hosting. John is an Internet infrastructure pioneer, with nearly 20 years of experience as a CEO building, operating successful Internet service providers. At ServePath, now known as GoGrid, Keagy drove the early growth of the dedicated server hosting market by introducing multiple firsts, including multiprocessor servers and hosted load balanced server networks. John's entrepreneurial skills and strategic vision have led ServePath's and now GoGrid's rapid growth. The company was named to Deloitte's "Technology Fast 500" in recognition of its growth (#11 in Silicon Valley and #77 in North America) in previous years.
Brett joined GoGrid in April 2008 as the company's Chief Financial Officer. As the CFO, Brett is responsible for the company's financial strategy, treasury, accounting, human resources and legal activities. He brings to this role over 14 years of successful leadership experience ranging from rapidly growing start-up companies to Big 4 accounting firms. Prior to GoGrid, he served as the VP of Finance for UltraDNS Corporation. Joining UltraDNS in 2001, he was the finance leader of the executive team who brought the company from pre-revenue through its acquisition and successful integration by Neustar (NYSE: NSR) in April 2006. At UltraDNS, Brett was responsible for finance and administration including financial strategy and due diligence related to all M&A and Partnership activities. Brett also held leadership positions with KMPG, telecom startup Edge Connections, and CitiGroup.

Jeff Samuels is Chief Marketing Officer at GoGrid where he is responsible for managing and expanding the company's multiple product lines and driving market adoption at a global level. Jeff has spent the majority of his career in the Internet infrastructure and application arena. Prior to the GoGrid appointment, he served as GM and Vice President at Neustar (NYSE: NSR) where he was responsible for product success and achieving revenue targets in Neustar's Internet Infrastructure Services Group, one of the fastest growing business units in the company. Jeff came to Neustar through its acquisition of UltraDNS where he was GM and EVP of Marketing — Neustar purchased UltraDNS in 2006 for $61.8M. At UltraDNS he was charged with building, educating and selling the enterprise market on what can now be regarded as one of the first commercially successful cloud-based infrastructure solutions. As a key member of the UltraDNS executive team, Jeff drove the company from pre-launch to become the number one provider of Managed DNS and traffic management solutions to thousands of customers across multiple industry verticals.
Prior to joining UltraDNS, Jeff served in several marketing and business development leadership positions for CornerDrugstore.com/Symrx, a leading ASP serving the pharmaceutical industry, now a business unit of QS/1 Data Systems. Jeff has also worked with high-level government entities in key international markets including Israel and the former Soviet Union to enhance direct foreign investment.
Jeff earned a bachelor's degree from Columbia University. He is currently a key advisor and member of the leadership group of the Learning Center Program — an initiative of the Silicon Valley Community Foundation that fosters parental involvement in low income San Francisco Bay Area school districts.
Mark joined GoGrid in 2010 as the CIO & Executive Vice President of Technology. Mark brings to GoGrid 25 years of repeated success in engineering market-leading products and technologies across a broad range of industries. Mark's focus is to accelerate the innovation of GoGrid's Cloud Computing products and services and to fortify its value added position in the future operating strategies of Enterprise CIO's around the world.
Prior to GoGrid, Mark had joined Blackhawk Network as the company's CIO & VP Technology and was responsible for driving the technology platform strategy and world-wide network operations for this world leading prepaid and gift card payments processing company. Today, Blackhawk's systems handle the real time activation of gift cards purchased in the majority of grocery retail locations throughout North America. Mark has also held senior technology leadership positions at several industry-changing startups including Xign Corporation and Netscape Communications. Xign delivered revolutionary technology that fully automated financial supply chain operations between large corporations and their vendors. Xign was successfully acquired by JPMorgan Chase. As the VP Engineering & Operations at Netscape, Mark delivered a series of first-time-ever online services including MyNetscape, Netcenter, and the Netscape General Store. Mark's executive tenure spanned Netscape's hyper-growth years, acquisition by AOL and subsequently the acquisition of Time Warner. Mark began his career with over a decade of large scale / multi-year systems development initiatives at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
Mark holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from Purdue University.
Bobby Brown is Vice President of Operations and Support for GoGrid and started with ServePath (GoGrid's founding company in 2005), and has been working in the high tech / internet since 1996 where he quickly found that working in leading edge technology was his calling, making GoGrid a natural fit. Working for startups such as North Point Communications and Google as well as larger tech companies such as SBC (now AT&T) and Nortel Networks, Bobby brings a good blend of work experience that helps companies run efficiently while still being able to scale properly.
Bobby is also an avid tennis player which allows him to exert some of the stresses of running two 24x7 departments which require and maintain 100% uptime, traveling the globe and music are two other hobbies which keeps him on his toes, most will agree that Bobby leads by example by creating a hard working yet fun work environment.
