A founding member of the company's Board of Directors since 2001, Mr. Heffelfinger assumes responsibility for GoGrid's overall leadership and oversight of day-to-day operations. Former CEO John Keagy, a GoGrid founder, will transition to a new role as Executive Chairman responsible for developing the company's long-term vision, industry evangelism and executive engagement with strategic customers and partners.

"As a pioneer and market leader, GoGrid plays a crucial role in shaping Cloud Computing adoption and transforming the way businesses deploy infrastructure," said Heffelfinger. "At this exciting stage, GoGrid needs to focus on flawless execution, high-quality service delivery and broad customer acquisition across many different segments to capitalize on exploding customer demand. I look forward to leading this great GoGrid team in taking full advantage of our amazing market growth opportunity."
