Is ServePath being acquired?

Absolutely not, ServePath and GoGrid have always been the same company; we are just changing our name.

How will this affect my customer support? Is it going to be the same?

Yes, if anything, it will be even better than before. Our 10+ years of hosting expertise, now coupled with over 3 years of cloud hosting experience, means that we can provide even more solutions and help than in the past. Support will be handled by an expanding department of support personnel with a focus on high quality of service and solutions.

Where can we view products and plan our costs for new servers and services?

ServePath dedicated servers and managed services can now be found on the GoGrid website. All products are still available. You may also contact your account manager for pricing and quotes. We have also increased the number of account managers, they are available via phone, chat or email.

What's happening to the ServePath customer portal?

There are no immediate changes planned for the customer portal. You can still access it via this landing page or directly at my.servepath.com.
