- Dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) You’ll be assigned a dedicated CSM after you sign up for GoGrid.
- Business Hours Your CSM is available from Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm (Pacific).
- “Getting Started” Assistance Your CSM will provide an overview of the GoGrid environment and get you started using our infrastructure.
- Account Management After you get up and running successfully, your CSM will help you maximize your GoGrid environment.
