GoGrid Support is free! By selecting GoGrid as your cloud infrastructure provider, you'll have unlimited access to our 24x7 Technical Support experts. Our Customer Success Team will help you get started in the cloud and effectively scale and manage your infrastructure. As a GoGrid customer, you always have full administrative control of your servers and can call on Technical Support to quickly troubleshoot and resolve any questions or problems that may arise with the GoGrid infrastructure.

GoGrid is dedicated to providing the extra support new customers need during their first 30 days to help them succeed with GoGrid services.
- Dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) — You'll be assigned a dedicated CSR after you sign up for GoGrid.
- Business Hours — Your CSR is available from Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (PST).
- "Getting Started" Assistance — Your CSR will provide an overview of the GoGrid environment and get you started using our infrastructure.
- Account Management — After you get up and running successfully, your CSR will help you maximize your GoGrid environment.
Technical Support
GoGrid Technical Support is available via chat, phone, and case submission to all customers. Technical Support is focused on ensuring that the GoGrid infrastructure is performing optimally. - Online Case Submission — Easily open a new case by logging into the Customer Portal, clicking on "Support", and then selecting "Add a case" (see the GoGrid Wiki Support section for more information).
- 30-minute Emergency Response Time — When a production system is down, Technical Support will respond to inquiries within 30 minutes.
