GoGrid is dedicated to providing the extra support you need during your first 30 days to succeed with GoGrid services.

  • Dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) You’ll be assigned a dedicated CSM after you sign up for GoGrid.
  • Business Hours Your CSM is available from Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm (Pacific).
  • “Getting Started” Assistance Your CSM will provide an overview of the GoGrid environment and get you started using our infrastructure.
